Restaurante Culler de Pau

The space is a key element in our culinary narrative: at Culler we’re interpreters of our land, we try to make our guests experience the land by using products grown on it, cooking our environment so to speak. Our gastronomical journey begins in an unparalleled setting and we conceive every part of the building, the kitchen and the whole restaurant as a continuation of the space, the scenery. The Ría de Arousa dominates the room in a minimalistic building in which the seating area, but also the kitchen and other multi- use spaces, look out from the large windows over the ria, with Ribeira on the other bank and the islets of Noro and Vionta as spatial references, all making the dining experience more enjoyable. Natural light, wood and glass predominate in the Culler building, striving to reflect the setting, as our dishes and our menus also do. We’re an extension of the sea and the land, and what we do is transfer all of this to the dishes in which taste is paramount, but, as all senses are interconnected, each one matters when it comes to eating, savouring and having fun at the table.
