Torres de Moreda

Located in a natural setting 4 km from the centre of A Estrada, very near the Rías Baixas and 20 minutes from the European meeting point for pilgrimages: Santiago de Compostela. The property covers 25,000 m2, and most of the land is planted with apple trees for organic cider production. Recently rehabilitated by the prestigious architect Pedro de Llano, the house conserves the beauty of traditional Galician architecture while adding new avant-garde elements. At Torres de Moreda we have seven very comfortable double rooms, each with a personality of its own. They have each been christened with the name of an organic apple variety grown on the farm. We also have a room for persons with reduced mobility. All the rooms in our rural hotel are exterior, with full bathroom, central heating, TV and Wi-Fi. Torres de Moreda also has an apartment that sleeps four adjoining the main house. It used to be the living quarters of the former ‘caseiros’, the caretakers who looked after the animals and cultivated the estate’s lands.
