‘Biosphere Menu’

Enjoy a culinary experience in Terras do Mandeo, Galicia’s first Ecotourism Destination, presented by A Moza Crecha. Indulge in a tasting menu crafted predominantly from local ingredients sourced from producers accredited with the Quality Mark of As Mariñas Coruñesas and Terras do Mandeo Biosphere Reserve. This exquisite menu is complemented by three wines bearing the protected geographical indication (PGI) Viño da Terra de Betanzos.
A Moza Crecha is proud to have the ‘Restaurante da Biosfera’ (‘Biosphere Restaurant’) quality mark from As Mariñas Coruñesas Biosphere Reserve. Furthermore, it is acknowledged as a ‘Restaurante km-0’ (a restaurant prioritizing locally sourced ingredients) by the Slowfood Compostela community. It is also a member of the Fundación de Restaurantes Sostenibles (Foundation of Sustainable Restaurants), part of the Club de Ecoturismo de España (Spanish Ecotourism Club), and belongs to the ‘Stelar Net’ of restaurants on the English Route.

12-Course Tasting Menu (2 snacks + 4 appetizers + 4 main dishes + 2 desserts) crafted using local and seasonal ingredients, paired with 3 wines from the PGI Viño da Terra de Betanzos.
