The PR-G 115 Adro Vello route is located within the Natural Area of ‘Ons – O Grove’, part of the Natura 2000 Network. We begin our journey skirting the coast and enjoying beautiful sandbanks with crystal clear waters and fine sand. The old salting factory known as Salgadeira de Barcela is an essential visit.
This route takes its name from the archaeological remains of the necropolis known as Adro Vello, located on the seashore, next to the O Carreiro beach. Throughout history it has housed a Roman villa and a salting chamber, as well as other settlements of ancient inhabitants.

The main route is 3.03 km and the return trip diversion is 80 m. It takes 1 hour 15 minutes.
