Eclectic Restaurante

We cater for a maximum of 16 people per service; we do our own purchasing and cooking, and we finish the dishes off with a live presentation before serving. Eclectic is our home, where we define and shape the essence of our gastronomic proposals. Our inspiration comes from our local traditions and history, taking each ingredient to the next level. We base our cooking on the product, technique, creativity, history and recognisable flavours. We work with local, seasonal raw ingredients, in which we prioritise the circular economy, the sustainability of our urban and rural environment, taking care above all of the culture and tradition of this land. We explore the unique characteristics of the gastro-cultural history of Galicia at the hands of a historian. We believe cooking has to be based on product excellency and should go hand in hand with the culture surrounding it, which is why understanding, loving, disseminating, defending and contributing to its development is necessary. In our kitchen we use coherent techniques adapted to our environment and contribute to disseminating and developing local culture.
